All material received is selected and prepared for a final destination:

Cardboard and Paper

Cardboard and papers are separated by type, packaged and shipped to paper mills in Mexico and the United States.

Plastic

Plastic is selected according to its classification and is crushed or packaged to be sold to plastic molders in Mexico and the United States.

Metal

Metals are sorted and prepared to be sent to different foundry companies.

Wooden Pallets

Wooden pallets are rebuilt or refurbished in one of our establishments, treated and reused.

If some material for which no recycling method is available is sent to authorized landfills with which we have established contracts, also the mixed materials that do not reach the recycling process can be guided to the GCC caloric energy project delivering the certificates of ecologic desfruction from them.

Importance of Recycling

Recycling

It is an act of great importance to society as it involves the reuse of elements and objects of different types that would otherwise be discarded, contributing to the formation of more garbage and, ultimately, continuously damaging the planet. Recycling is directly linked to ecology and to the concept of sustainability, which means that human beings must be able to take advantage of the resources that the planet and nature provide but without abusing them and without causing significant damage to the natural environment.

Recycling plays a very important role in the complex notion of environmental conservation since it is from this that can contribute to reduce pollution and also reuse the different resources continuously.

Paper and cardboard, textiles, organic waste, plastic and other elements are all plausible recycling. Obviously, recycling and reuse processes will vary in terms of complexity in each case, and some materials may even be recycled only a few times. Anyway, the importance of recycling lies in the fact that the more elements or objects are recycled, the less material will be discarded and therefore the planet and the environment will suffer less from the permanent and disorganized growth of human waste.
